Coach Cory will be leading a new six-week strength training class open to both members and non-members. This class will meet twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:15 PM to 7:30 PM, starting on January 6th.
The goal of this course is to increase strength over a short period of time by presenting a unique stimulus designed to maximize strength output. Some of these movements may be familiar, or a modified version of something familiar. This course will also educate participants on effective ways of training with the primary purpose of gaining strength.
While we recommend this course to those with at least 1 year of experience, all are welcome! Whether you're a seasoned strength trainer or just starting out, this course offers valuable insights and techniques.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
